Starting a new one. I have an end goal in mind, which is very unusual. Starting with the base layer of green, and trying to get the greens as rich and deep as possible.
While I am waiting for the greens to dry, I started using the gallery edit function on my phone to sketch in some of what I want to come next, some flowers among the verdant vegetation.
And then I filled it out some more.
Soon I will start to fill this in with actual pain. I guess we'll see where it goes. I'm really not very good at all at painting things that actually exist. This may end up looking even more inept than usual. Oh well. It's an experiment in representational painting. Stay tuned.
